Fire, Fire and More Fire

There have been a few fire outbreaks in Victoria in the last couple of weeks.  Firefighters are being deployed from all  over the state, one team after the other.  By the sound of it, they're relying on rain to put the fires out, but there are over 1500 firefighters out there trying to do their part, including B.

B went out for a week's deployment mid-Feb and he left again for a second deployment this Monday.  This will be the last one he goes on for a while.  It's good money for us but it's also hard to get anyone to come in to help me with the twins for a day or two, so, a week on my own (at almost 8-mos pregnant) is exhausting!   

The twins are being helpful.  They play with each other for most of the day, have two naps and sleep through the entire night.  Thank goodness!  From 4-7:30pm is always the hardest.  B will be home in four days, and counting.
