It's all over Red Lola

My poor little car Lola was in an accident this weekend.  Some friends of mine who are house-shopping on the other side of the city needed a car so I offered them her services. After handing over the keys, another knock on the door came 10 minutes later.  It was my friend, absolutely mortified, telling me the news.

About 100m down the road, they spilt a coffee and swerved into a parked car.  Thankfully, they were both uninjured but Lola isn't looking so good.  Her front quarter panel and hood are banged up pretty good and the parked car has a decent dent.

My insurance only covers the damage to the other car so Lola is parked around the corner awaiting her fate.  My friends are covering all the costs and we'll be chatting to them about a few options this week.  It's all very unfortunate (and a little bit funny).  I hope Lola ends up in a good place, she's been a great car and still is.
