The Exchange

B found out this morning that his application wasn't approved for the Canadian exchange.  The award ended up going to someone who has worked at PV for a long, long time and has slightly more experience in the role - pretty typical of a government agency really.  B isn't thrilled that he lost out, but we're happy that we won't have to spend 12 months in Ottawa struggling to survive 8 months of winter in -30 degrees.

Of course this also means that we can start making plans to get back to B.C. around September.  Hurray!
