Photographer Extraordinaire!

I am slowly starting to get a hang of this photography thing. I finished class number three last night and I have two left to go. My camera has proved itself to be fantastic, all the functions are easy to find I've had no difficulties yet.

So far we've learned to take photos using aperature priority, shutter priority and now manual. We've been taught about ISO, aperature, shutter speed, depth of field, white balance and flash and how they all come together to get that perfect photo. I imagine there are millions of combinations so I'm going to have to get a lot of practice!

Last night we practiced taking photos inside using our flash and light in different ways. The last half of the class involved an hour long excursion to Southbank, beside the Yarra River in the city. Here are a few of my photos!
