We arrive in beautiful B.C. June 5th - my mama will be picking us up at the airport. From there we spend four days in Abbotsford and then jet off Westjet style to Calgary where we pick up our rental car for our Rockies road trip.
First stop, Banff! We'll be staying there for three nights and then taking off again to Jasper where we will be staying at a rental property owned by a few PC exchangees that we met in Melbourne. They have lived in Jasper for 25 years and told us they would give us a tour of the park. Getting a personal guide from true locals will be fantastic!
We'll hit Lake Louise and then Banff for one more night on our way back to the Calgary airport, from where we'll fly up to Winnipeg to see our friends K & B who are just about to leave their 6-month exchange here in Melbourne.
K & B have a lake house in Winnipeg so it sounds like the plan is to stay there for a night or two, then, back to Abbotsford, Vancouver, Vancouver Island and wherever our travels take us!
Three more weeks - can't wait!!
